Connector Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Connector, an app for Social Connector accounts. By installing Connector, you agree to them.

What Connector does

Connector reads notification emails you forward to it from your network marketing or direct sales company, and updates the contacts, tags and custom fields in your account.

Beta

Connector is in beta and free to use. Features may change, and we may introduce paid plans later. We'll tell you before any charge applies, and you can uninstall at any time.

Your responsibilities

  • Only forward emails you're allowed to share, about your own business.
  • Keep your forwarding address private.
  • Check what Connector plans to change before approving it, and check your workflows before publishing them, especially messages that go to your customers.
  • Follow the laws that apply to how you contact your customers, including consent for texts and emails.

Accuracy

Connector uses AI to read emails. It's usually right, but it can make mistakes, such as choosing the wrong type or the wrong contact. That's why every kind of email waits for your approval by default. You're responsible for the changes you approve and for any types you set to Do it automatically.

Your data

You own your data. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Connector running, but we don't guarantee it will be available all the time or that every email will be read. Emails that couldn't be read are shown in your Inbox.

Limits

Connector stops reading new emails for an account that receives an unusually large number in a day (more than 150), until you confirm they're business emails. This protects your privacy if your email starts forwarding everything.

Ending your use

You can uninstall Connector at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse it, for example by forwarding mail that isn't theirs.

Liability

Connector is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, from using Connector.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
